We require express consent before sending messages to US recipients. Consent is stored with source and timestamp. Automatic opt-out handling (STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, etc.) is built in. We support A2P 10DLC and toll-free registration as part of onboarding.
Canada (CASL)
We support both express and implied consent where permitted. Canadian consent and opt-in status are tracked. Opt-out is honored immediately. No purchased or rented lists are permitted on the platform.
